Refund Policy / Satisfaction Guarantee
We take the satisfaction of our clients very seriously. If you are not reasonably satisfied with the fit or quality of any William Malcolm Luxe Collection garment that you purchase, we will remake the unworn garment once, without additional cost to you.
Each and every custom/bespoke suit that you purchase from us comes with an Impeccable Fit Guarantee. Your garment should fit you perfectly upon receipt, however should your garments require any minor alterations simply contact the concierge department and we will immediately dispatch to your attention a William Malcolm Luxe Collection Visa® debit card. This card can be used at your local tailor to cover any incidental adjustments that need to be made to your new garments.
As each garment is specially made for a particular customer, we cannot offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
We strive to deliver our garments as quickly as possible, and guarantee initial delivery of garments within the following period from the date an order is placed:
Black Label Collection Suits: 3-4 weeks
WM Monogram Collection Suits: 6-7 weeks
Formal Wear Collection Tuxedo’s 4-5 weeks
Shirts: 3-4 weeks
Subject to the paragraph below, if we fail to deliver a garment within the specified delivery period, we will offer you a merchandise credit toward a future WMC purchase equal to 25% of the price of the garment(s) that was delayed.
Our guaranteed delivery times do not apply to delays resulting from third-party fabrics being out-of-stock, or special requests for non-standard garments that involve complicated patternmaking or sample production. Additional time may also be required if specialty fabrics or trimmings are requested, or if a customer’s own fabric must be shipped to our office.
