William Malcolm and the Luxe Collection design team are eagerly anticipating designing a custom/bespoke garment specifically for you. Our goal is to recreate an online shopping experience that emulates our personal appointments as closely as possible. This is why we have developed a website that is visually stimulating, sartorially informative and extremely easy to use. To place an order online, you will need to complete a few simple steps.

  • Step one. Select your jacket model.
  • Step two. Select your vent style, jacket inscription, and review our vest options.
  • Step three. Select the fabric that you wish your custom suit to be hand crafted from.
  • Step four. Review our Complements of Attire package. With your input we will totally outfit your entire look, right down to the cufflinks. How is that for valet service?
  • Step five. Review your order, submit payment and shipping information.
  • Step six. Enter your measurements. After your first order with us, your measurements will be saved in your account making all future orders as easy as point, click, buy.
If this is your very first time ordering with us we will need your measurements. You have three simple options in which to choose, how you will submit your measurements (listed below) and best of all, we will compensate you for your help. Upon receipt of your first order you will receive a William Malcolm Luxe Collection Visa® debit card in the amount of $25.00 just for assisting us with collecting your measurements.

The three measurement options are as follows:

Option One. Print out our step by step visual measurement form (which you will be automatically routed to after you have submitted your order). Take the form to your local tailor or measuring professional to complete. This process should take them about 10-15 minutes. You can then input the completed measurements into your account or you can fax the form to our office. You can even call our office and a member of the concierge department will take your measurements right over the phone and input them into your account for you.

Option Two. While following our step by step visual guide on your computer screen you with the assistance of a friend can easily take your measurements in about 10-15 minutes. You won’t need to print or fill out a thing; you will be able to enter your measurements directly into your account from your keyboard. You will need a measuring tape to complete the simple process of inputting your measurements into your account. And don’t worry about making a mistake our master tailors cross check all measurements for accuracy.

Option Three. Skip the measuring process all together and have William Malcolm Luxe Collection custom make you an off the rack suit. With our Impeccable Fit Guarantee we make it easy and free to adjust your new suit at your local tailor to your perfect fit. Simply update your measurements into your account after your first order and turn that standard size into a perfect fitting custom suit.

Once your order is submitted a member of our concierge department will contact you via email or by telephone to confirm your selections. Once confirmed executive designer William Malcolm and the design team will immediately begin to design your Luxe Collection garment(s). The garment(s) will be handcrafted to your individual specifications, while incorporating the distinctive design elements for which the William Malcolm Luxe Collection is recognized. Then, relax and wait about three to four weeks for your gift-wrapped Luxe garment(s) to be delivered to you, along with our complimentary amenities.
